Illustration Friday Jan. 14th

Illustration Friday Jan. 14th

I had so many ideas this week about balance, but I honestly couldn't get my mind around how to get most of them illustrated. I settled on this idea because as artists we surely struggle with this one, it actually takes quite a bit of balance between the right and left brain to get from the idea stage to the completion of a project don't you think?

Thanks. The silent solitude idea is really hard for me, I've not practiced nearly enough yet. When I do it does seem to make a difference in my general outlook.
Thanks for taking the time to say hi!

Jessica, thank you. I post a new drawing every day so please feel free to check in often! Drawing has become a passion to me in the last year since I've been doing a drawing a day.

Couldn't agree with you more. I have a problem with left-brained things, e.g. knowing the end result, but not how to get there linearly (is that a word?). Love your colors!-- Lori
